"Decline to Sign" campaign against ballot initiative to open primaries, Ranked Choice Voting

Reclaim Idaho is gathering signatures for a ballot initiative which would make Idaho Elections change from "one person one vote", to "ranked choice voting" and open up political party primaries to anyone registered to vote regardless of party affiliation.  Although Legislative District 16 has not taken an official position regarding the propose ballot initiative, the Republican National Committee (RNC), the Idaho State Republican Party (IDGOP), and the Idaho State Legislature (2023), have all taken positions against Ranked Choice Voting. Below is sample literature available from the IDGOP stating reasons for being against the ballot measure. Note: while there are two changes included in the proposed ballot initiative, this is an "all or nothing" vote.  You will not be able to vote on just one of the changes, if the initiative makes it to the ballot, a vote yes will enshrine both changes to elections going forward.
